Nira Tessler//נירה טסלר
Dr. Nira Tessler - Israeli bourn, live and works in Tel Aviv-Jaffa. She is an Artist specializes in painting and drawing, Curator of contemporary Israeli Art, Lecturer on the History of Art at Talpiot Academic College for Education, and Art Historian. She specializes in international modern art and Israeli art. Her research focuses on visual culture and the "New Woman" art of the first decades of the twentieth century – from sociological and psychological perspectives – within the discourse on the politics of identity. She is the author of the books:
