Esti Drori Hayut//אסתי דרורי-חיות
a multidisciplinary artist - photographer and designer in the past and currently concentrates on art
She paints with oil and industrial colors on canvas and wood - recently creating assemblages of various elements on wood combined with painting.
She had exhibited 4 solo exhibitions at the Artists' House and the Tova Osman Gallery and has participated in a variety of group exhibitions over the years.
She creates from a response to an immediate context in her life, her individual exhibitions represented her personal stories and private, family and social thoughts that appear in different periods of life in society as a whole.
Her works in previous years were created out of longing for an elusive sense of fantasy, a utopian place that has nothing to do with the reality of real existence.
In the last body of work she looks at a painful but unstoppable process of maturation, and the works change direction to processes of dissolution and composition in different materials.
